Why can't you try yourself.it is very easy to port a ROM for mtk6589.There is a tutorial on 535 facebook group.Read that and try yourself.Best luck.

ReplyDeleteI tried to flash CUSTOM ROM SPICE_Mi-535_IND_VER13.0_130609 for appl. memory shortage problem & vdo recording volume low problem. I tried to flash ROM using TWRP recovery. But have stuck up with "failed" message after many attempts (after following proper procedure of wiping "cache, dalvik cache, system etc". anybody kindly help on how to proceed as I assume that if I try to reboot system with this status, the phone will "Brick"
